Allow me to introduce the Eurasian Eagle Owl to my blogger’s cyber world.
While in some cultures the owl is considered cursed, in Greek mythology, the owl was often associated with the goddess Athena, a bird goddess who became associated with wisdom, the arts, and skills, and as a result, owls also became associated with wisdom.
So, you readers are invited to share your wisdom regarding subjects on this web-log and make me wiser with your comments on traveling, great food and restaurants or food courts in general. I also added a category about recipes from my native region: Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia.
Enjoy and do send me your remarks and comment.

JP – I like the new look and the recent posts on your Penang food culture experience. Great images of Penang food, people, heritage buildings and culture. Keep them coming! Cheers!
Hi JP
I always thought Flemish cuisine is boring – lots of biling and too much meat, until I saw your website which gave me a second thought.
Thanks for the Pg info, will hunt them down during my next trip home in January. WHere are you based anyway?
